A whole, fresh cherry, thoroughly soaked in Kirsch liqueur and brandy, and coated with a fine layer of sugar before being bathed in layers of dark chocolate and decorated with pure chocolate vermicelli. Unassuming on the outside, this chocolate really packs a punch as just one bite releases a liquid shot of rich, sweet, fruit-infused alcohol into the mouth—an experience you truly won't find anywhere else.

We don't use the pictured box any more! Over time, Dumon has been producing larger cerisettes with thicker chocolate shells, to the point that they no longer safely fit in the one above. We now use a larger, sturdier one that looks just as elegant but protects your goods much better. Don't worry, though—you'll still get the exact same number of cerisettes within (sometimes a bit more, if we can fit them!).
Warning
This chocolate contains a real cherry, with a real stone and a real stalk. Don't swallow those parts! Eat it as you would a normal cherry, biting off the stalk and eating around the stone before disposing of both. Also, this chocolate's liqueur filling is an actual liquid—bite it with your lips closed!
